Jimmy Fortune toured and performed with the Statler Brothers for 21 years, penning many of their most beloved hits including “Elizabeth,” “My Only Love,” “Too Much on My Heart,” and “More Than a Name on a Wall.” Following the group’s retirement, Fortune launched a successful solo career, releasing acclaimed country, gospel, and inspirational albums – several in partnership with Gaither Music Group. His artistry has earned him inductions into the Country Music Association (CMA) Hall of Fame, the Gospel Music Association (GMA) Hall of Fame, and the Virginia Musical Hall of Fame.
